Aratrika Ganguly

I am an English tutor with a PhD-level research background in Comparative Literature as well as English language and literature. Over the years, I have taught postgraduate master's students of literature, guiding them through complex texts, critical literary and social theory, and advanced academic writing. In addition, I have taught Business Communication and English Language courses to engineering students, helping them develop get future-ready in a very competitive world where
English communication is the most important part. In addition to teaching in the classroom, I have a lot of experience tutoring middle and high school students in English language and literature.

I tailor my lessons to the student's individual interests, needs, and academic and cultural background. I have taught students of various countries while acting as an assistant professor in a reputed engineering college in India. Hence, my experience with people from diverse backgrounds and English proficiency has helped me over the years become a better ESL teacher.

I try to make my classroom a safe space for every individual, and I want to help my students apply their learning in real life while becoming the best versions of themselves.
