My lessons are designed following a communicative, student-centered methodology inspired by my training with The TEFL Academy and my professional experience in international environments. I structure each class with a clear objective, a short warm-up, guided practice, and personalized feedback that helps students understand their progress. I focus on real-life language, meaningful vocabulary development, and practical grammar explanations that students can immediately apply in conversations.
Because of my background as a journalist and human-rights specialist, I also support learners who need to improve academic writing, professional communication, critical-thinking skills, and confidence when speaking in formal or multicultural contexts. My teaching style is dynamic, supportive, and highly adaptable, allowing me to tailor every lesson to the student’s goals, level, and learning style. I aim to create a motivating environment where students feel safe, engaged, and proud of their achievements.
In addition, I incorporate TEFL-based techniques such as guided discovery, task-based learning, and contextualized practice to ensure that students not only understand the language but also use it confidently and creatively. I frequently integrate authentic materials—articles, videos, interviews, and real communication scenarios—to help learners connect English with their personal interests and professional needs. My lessons encourage active participation, curiosity, and continuous improvement, creating a space where students can develop both linguistic skills and cultural awareness. I also emphasize reflective learning, helping students identify strengths, overcome challenges, and build long-term autonomy in their language journey through consistent, meaningful practice supported by clear, achievable goals and thoughtful guidance, while developing resilience, clarity, and joy in everyday communication.
