I have 5 years of teaching experience online and offline, working with different age groups and levels. I am a private tutor and I used to work for Study Academy in Odessa, Ukraine, as well as on several online platforms where I taught Chinese children.
I pay special attention to Grammar, speaking and pronounciation. In general I go through all the weak points which need attention. I always remember about my student's interests and hobbies to make things more fun, and I love involving them into group activities too.
my favourite are Cambridge and Oxford books, that is the base of my lessons, following Teacher's book makes the lesson very well structured. Normally the only language I use during the class is English, it makes my students more focused, and they get used to the language faster. I always combine different aspects of the language in my lessons, which makes it more exciting. I make sure that my students progress and that they can implement the material we went through, in case it needs more explanation, I always leave some extra time to answer their questions or to rewise the topic. In the end of the lesson I give new vocabulary explaining every word, without translation to a different language.
