My teaching approach is centered on creating an engaging, supportive, and student-focused learning environment. I believe that each student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to meet their individual needs, preferences, and learning styles. Drawing from over seven years of experience teaching English across various age groups—from young children to adults—I integrate a mix of communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and project-based activities.

In practice, my lessons are interactive and dynamic. For younger learners, I use songs, games, and visual aids to make language learning fun and memorable. With older students and adults, I focus on practical communication skills, exam preparation (especially Cambridge exams), and encouraging critical thinking through discussions and real-world topics. I also incorporate technology by using online platforms and multimedia resources, which keeps students engaged and supports remote learning effectively.

Classroom dynamics in my sessions are lively yet respectful. I foster a positive atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and making mistakes, which I see as essential parts of the learning process. I actively encourage collaboration through pair and group work, which not only improves language skills but also builds social interaction and confidence.

During my time as an English teacher at IES Gregorio Peces-Barba and IES Luis De Lucena in Spain, I developed differentiated instruction techniques to address the diverse needs of my students. This included personalized tutoring and scaffolding content to help learners at different proficiency levels succeed. Additionally, as a summer camp counselor, I honed my skills in managing groups of varied ages and backgrounds, ensuring that learning and fun went hand in hand.

Overall, my teaching philosophy emphasizes adaptability, empathy, and continuous encouragement, aiming to inspire a lifelong love of English learning and empower students to use language confidently in their academic, professional, and personal lives.
