Adeniyi Yinka Ajibike

My teaching is learner-centered and dynamic, shaped by over 13 years of experience as a secondary and primary school teacher. I employ a range of methods such as interactive discussions, group collaboration, differentiated instruction, hands-on activities, and the integration of technology to meet diverse learning needs. My classroom fosters responsibility, collaboration, and active participation within a structured yet flexible environment. I deliver meaningful content across literacy, numeracy, and other subjects, ensuring lessons are both challenging and accessible. With a strong emphasis on critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving, I also nurture the social and emotional development of learners. Ultimately, my teaching reflects my passion for developing the total child, where academic achievement, personal growth, and a love for learning are equally prioritized.
