As an educator I ensure my learning is tailored to the need of each learner, making use of differentiation in all areas to achieve the learning objectives. My strong point is the ability to break complex concepts into understandable units for ease of learning. I enjoined collaboration that's why I employ group tasks and activities to ensure to make sure all irrespective of their level of understanding.
