A typical session flows: quick check-in, focus on what matters most, explore it with enough depth to shift something, then land on a small, concrete next step. I hold both the therapeutic space (attunement, safety) and the coaching momentum (accountability, forward movement).
My teaching experience comes from years of clinical work—helping people become curious instead of self-critical, stay with discomfort, and build real skills. I don’t just “hold space”; I actively guide, scaffold, and then step back as clients internalize what they’ve learned.
