Hi, I'm Samuel, nice to meet you! I'm a physical oceanographer with a PhD in Marine Environmental Sciences, currently researching how satellites and ocean going robots "see" the sea surface. Before that, I worked as a data scientist and project manager, and even earlier, as a broadcast journalist, so explaining complex ideas clearly has long been part of my job. I tutor physics, maths, general science, and geography. My goal is for you to actually understand the material, not just memorize it. We'll start where you are, connect concepts to real things you can picture, like ocean currents or weather systems, and build habits for tackling problems you haven't seen before. Mistakes are part of the process, I'd rather you try and figure out why something's wrong than stay quiet. Lessons are patient, structured, and adapted to your pace.
