Fitness trainer, pilates, yoga, ballet from beginner to advanced, all ages

Cover Letter My name is Rebekah Bloomfield, and I am currently a full-time professional ballerina. My eight years of work experience brought me from Toronto to Oslo to Bratislava. Not only was physical, nutritional, and mental well-being paramount. But supplementary physical exercise was necessary to achieve the highest standard of work. For years, I have worked closely with personal trainers setting up various regimens focused on stamina, basic strength training, interval work, and CrossFit techniques. I have also been practicing Ashtanga yoga and various methodologies of pilates, both reformer and mat. My professional work with ballet and subsequently fitness gives me equal knowledge to anyone with certification. Since 2023, I have been teaching ballet classes to both adolescents and adults, beginner to advanced. This experience has taught me how to act as a mentor and teacher, how to adapt to individual needs, and how to create supportive environments that help everyone reach their full potential.
