Das Training mit Anastasia ist unglaublich effektiv und macht zugleich richtig Spaß! Ich spüre, wie mein Körper beweglicher und stärker wird. Besonders schätze ich ihren persönlichen Ansatz – sie berücksichtigt Alter, Niveau und dass in unserem Studio auch Latin unterrichtet wird.
