Hello and welcome!

My name is Uschi, and I am an experienced German as a Foreign Language (DaF) teacher, specialising in adult beginners (A1). I help learners build a solid foundation in German and gain the confidence to start speaking from the very beginning.

I studied German language and literature and bring many years of international professional and life experience. Having worked and lived abroad, I am very familiar with the challenges learners face when starting German and know how to explain the language in a clear, structured, and approachable way.

My lessons focus on practical, everyday German. We work on real-life situations such as:

introducing yourself

shopping

making appointments

simple conversations at work or while traveling

Speaking is an essential part of every lesson. I provide clear explanations, useful vocabulary, and simple grammar, always adapted to your learning pace. Corrections are friendly and constructive, helping you develop accurate expressions and good pronunciation from the start.
