My approach as a leadership trainer is not standard. I combine three disciplines that are usually taught separately: Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. Why? Because each one alone is not enough. Strategy without innovation is rigid. Innovation without strategy fizzles out. And both without entrepreneurial thinking remain theory. In my sessions, leaders learn to unite all three perspectives and make smarter decisions as a result.

We don't work with pre-made slides, but with your real situations—whether it's a complex project, a difficult team dynamic, or a strategic decision. My experience? Over 32 years in business, including 21 years as a trainer and coach for leaders worldwide. I've built four companies of my own and held leadership positions in global corporations like Pepsico and GoodYear. I know what I'm talking about—not from books, but from my own, often painful, experience. In over 1,000 sessions, I've helped leaders across Europe, the Americas, and Asia solve their most difficult problems.
