I studied American Literature and have worked for many years as a freelance English tutor. Since I learned German as my third language, I know exactly what it feels like to learn German as a foreign language.

In my German lessons, I place great emphasis on creating a relaxed, communicative, and learner-centered atmosphere. I adapt my teaching methods to the individual needs, goals, and language level of my students. I combine grammar and vocabulary with practical exercises, conversations, and authentic everyday situations.

My goal is not only to help students understand the German language, but also to build their confidence and enjoyment when speaking. Based on my own experience as a German learner, I can understand the typical challenges learners face and provide targeted support to help them overcome them.

My lessons are interactive and dynamic. I encourage students to participate actively, ask questions, and use the language as much as possible themselves. My many years of experience as a freelance English tutor have also taught me how important patience, flexibility, and a positive learning environment are for successful language learning.
