For years I travelled across Italy, meeting people, teaching, discussing, listening, sharing, negotiating, and finding common ground with dozens and dozens of Italians and Europeans.
Not as a professor talking to his students, but as a friend, a colleague, an executive. Face to face, sometimes tough, always straight.

For 4 years I taught conflict management at the Master's programme in Tax Law in Turin. After that I taught online and at the same time volunteered with Cultural Associations in Turin — offering Italian language and culture lessons to immigrants in my city.
That experience, combined with 35 years in corporate environments as CEO, HR & People Management, and International Sales Manager, scientific language pedagogy (DITALS I & II, University for Foreigners of Siena), and AI-powered tools for personalised content and accelerated learning, is what I bring into every session.

My lessons are built around one core principle: your real problems. Before we start, we talk about the specific situations where your Italian is not working the way you need it to — a negotiation, a difficult client, a team meeting where you understand every word but miss what's really happening.
Each session follows a structured format: we start from a real scenario from your professional life, analyse the language and communication patterns at play, work on the specific linguistic structures you need, and close with something you can use immediately — in your next meeting, your next call, your next email.

I work exclusively with B2 level and above. Sessions are fully online, one-to-one, 60 minutes. Single sessions or structured packages available.
