My workshops are designed to be practical, reflective, and directly relevant to the leadership challenges participants face in their daily work. Each session combines short teaching segments, guided reflection, structured dialogue, and practical exercises. The aim is not simply to present theory, but to help participants connect new perspectives to their own leadership practice, team dynamics, and organizational context.

The content is usually built around core leadership themes such as trust, communication, self awareness, psychological safety, feedback, team development, change, and leading in complexity. I often use recognized models and frameworks, but always translate them into clear, accessible language and practical application. Participants are invited to work with real situations from their own work, rather than abstract cases. This makes the learning more concrete, relevant, and easier to apply afterwards.

The dynamic in the workshops is interactive and engaging, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and focused learning space. I balance input with conversation, individual reflection, small group work, and plenary discussions. Participants are encouraged to share experiences, test ideas, ask questions, and learn from one another. My role is to guide the process, bring structure and depth, and help the group move from reflection to useful action.

I bring more than 20 years of experience as a coach, consultant, entrepreneur, and leadership developer. I have worked with leaders and teams across different sectors, cultures, and organizational levels, including international companies, startups, public organizations, and voluntary organizations. I have delivered leadership programs, workshops, team sessions, and individual coaching for clients across EMEA and Asia. This experience helps me adapt the content and facilitation style to the needs of each group, while keeping the sessions grounded, practical, and meaningful.
