My approach is based on a combination of psychology, structure, and practical strategies tailored to each student.
At the beginning, I take time to understand the student’s current situation: their challenges, strengths, and learning habits. This allows me to adapt the sessions individually instead of using a one-size-fits-all method.
Together, we develop clear and realistic goals. I support students in building effective study routines, improving focus, and managing stress or lack of motivation.
During the sessions, I work with concrete tools such as breaking tasks into manageable steps, creating structured learning plans, and strengthening self-confidence through small, achievable successes.
I also place strong emphasis on reflection, helping students understand what works best for them and how they can apply these strategies independently in the long term.
My goal is not only short-term academic improvement, but to help students become more confident, structured, and self-reliant learners.
