I hold a Master’s in Human Resources Management as well as an MBA in General Management from Munich Business School, and I bring both academic knowledge and professional experience to my teaching. Alongside my HR career, I have also taught students from 1st standard to 9th standard, which has given me strong experience in simplifying concepts and making lessons engaging for different age groups. My lessons are structured yet flexible, depending on the learner’s level and goals. I usually begin by assessing the student’s current proficiency and understanding their objectives—whether it’s improving conversational fluency, business English, grammar, or exam preparation. Each lesson follows a clear flow: Warm-up / Review: A short activity to revise the previous lesson and get the student comfortable speaking. Core Lesson: Introduction of new vocabulary, grammar, or skills using practical examples and interactive exercises. Practice: Role plays, discussions, or writing tasks where the student applies what they’ve learned in real-life situations. Feedback & Correction: I give constructive feedback, focusing on areas of improvement without discouraging fluency. Wrap-up & Homework: A quick recap of the key points and a small task to reinforce learning before the next class. I am approachable and supportive, which helps students feel comfortable and motivated. I also adapt my methods—using articles, videos, or real-life scenarios—so that lessons remain engaging, practical, and tailored to each learner’s needs.
