I am an experienced trainer, facilitator, and innovation consultant/coach with over three years of experience designing and delivering impactful learning and development formats. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Psychology and combine academic grounding with hands-on practice in corporate environments.
I have facilitated trainings and workshops on topics such as innovation management, innovation coaching, Design Thinking, leadership, team dynamics, agility, communication, and resilience. My experience includes working with corporate clients at different organizational levels, including executive and C-level audiences, as well as teaching at universities and schools. I have also facilitated intercultural groups and adapt my approach to different backgrounds, learning styles, and participant needs.
I design and deliver online, onsite, and hybrid learning formats in both English and German, using tools such as MS Teams, Miro, and Mural to create interactive and collaborative experiences.
I strongly believe that people learn best when they feel involved and motivated. That's why I aim to create engaging, interactive, and fun learning experiences that encourage participation and spark curiosity. Through practical exercises, reflection, real-world examples, and a positive learning atmosphere, I want to make learning not only meaningful, but also enjoyable.
