I am a Business Psychology graduate with over three years of experience in Learning & Development, HR transformation, talent development, and organizational change. I have coordinated leadership development initiatives, mentoring programmes, assessment centres, and employee training within international organizations such as Allianz Services and TÜV SÜD.
I focus on leadership, communication, psychological safety, change management, teamwork, employee engagement, and workplace wellbeing. Drawing on evidence-based practices from psychology, I help participants develop skills they can immediately apply in their daily work.
