Practical English Lessons to Build Confidence and Fluency

For over three years, I have worked as an English teacher both online and in person. My lessons are student-centered and adapted to each learner’s goals, level, and learning style. I hold a TEFL certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, which help me deliver clear, well-structured, and practical lessons. Each lesson follows a flexible structure. We usually begin with a short warm-up conversation to help students feel relaxed and confident. Then we focus on a main skill or topic such as speaking, grammar, pronunciation, or vocabulary using simple explanations and guided practice. I often use audio and video materials, including short videos and listening exercises, to improve students’ listening and speaking skills. After listening or watching, students practise speaking through discussions, role plays, and real-life situations so they can use English naturally. I encourage students to speak as much as possible during lessons and I correct mistakes gently to support learning and confidence. I also provide homework when needed to help students practise what they have learned and continue improving outside the lesson. Overall, my lessons are interactive, supportive, and practical. My goal is to help students feel comfortable using English, build confidence, and make steady progress over time.
