Michael Todd

I have taught English for over 19 years to students of all ages, levels and nationalities (including Business English to many business professionals) at various language schools, colleges and companies. This also includes many years of sales demonstration lessons for new students of all backgrounds. I also trained new teachers and developed a teacher training manual for different types of lessons and situations.

During this period I taught at Japanese government public high schools to large groups of students. I also worked at a specialist IELTS school in Tokyo and tutored professionals, successfully preparing many students to pass their IELTS and TOEFL tests to study in the UK and USA. While in Japan, I became an official EIKEN examiner and I still continue to grade test papers online for the national test centre.
