I used to be a teaching assistant during my bachelor. According to my experience, it is very important to understand the students. In my opinion, a good teacher must work with the weaknesses of a student. Moreover, nursing a student's strength is important as well. As a teacher, I must be aware about the students capability to get the information I am sharing. My knowledge representation should be very clear and understandable for them. Moroever, I should evaluate the student more often to learn about their development. I prefere formative evaluation where a teacher evaluate a student and provide feedback. Based on the feedback the students can develop themselves. They can learn about their mistakes and area of development according to the feedback. These are the areas where I focus duing lesson sharing sessions.
