I adapt my methods and techniques to the individual. We start with an individual needs assessment and objective setting where the person can describe their motivation behind the need for change/learning. In the process of working with me, we will explore the individual's value system that will serve as a constant reminder of the purpose and direction in the individual's life. Working with me is much more than learning about the subject on hand, I always engage in the personal development of the person in front of me. Work with me is collaborative and need-oriented with a big emphasis on communication skills, honesty and discipline backed by the purpose. I have been working in online and in-person modalities with athletes for the last 8 years and I am aiming to expand my target population to everyone who wants to change or improve. I believe that everyone can learn, but the pace is totally individual and it depends on adapting the learning styles to each and every person which is what I am passionate about. Giving everyone equal credit and chance to excel at something means that you need to meet them where they are at and treat them like they would like to be treated. My style is personalized and the role I usually take on is of a mentor. Nothing makes me happier but to see young people go through "Aha" moments, understand themselves better and make decisions aligned with their values as a result of deep interpersonal work.
