My sessions are supportive, interactive, and focused on practical results. I use a coaching-based approach, which means I don’t just give advice — I help students reflect, understand themselves, and find their own solutions.

During our sessions, we work on building confidence, improving focus, and developing effective study habits. I use simple exercises, guided questions, and real-life examples to make learning more engaging and easier to apply.

Each session is adapted to the student’s needs and pace. My goal is to create a safe and motivating space where students feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to grow.

I have experience working with students as a university lecturer and coach, helping them develop communication, self-management, and learning skills.
