Hi! My name is Maria, and I’m a professional language teacher with over 15 years of experience in education. I hold two university degrees, including a postgraduate degree in pedagogy, and I’ve worked with students of all ages — from young children to adults. Throughout my career, I’ve taught in schools, led extracurricular programs, created my own courses, and taught both online and offline. I truly enjoy helping people learn, and I believe that language is not just about rules — it’s about meaning, connection, and culture.

Russian is my native language, and I also speak English fluently, so I teach both. In our lessons, I focus not just on grammar and vocabulary, but also on the real-life use of language: how to understand hidden meanings in phrases, why words are built the way they are, and how culture shapes communication. I love helping students feel more confident, more curious, and more connected to the language they’re learning.

For younger students, I use play-based learning, games, and full language immersion to make the experience fun and effective. I adapt every lesson to the student’s level, pace, and goals. Whether you’re just starting out or want to go deeper — I’ll guide and support you every step of the way.
