I am an experienced Mathematics tutor with a strong quantitative background as an engineering student in Germany, where calculus, algebra, and applied problem-solving are part of my daily study. This keeps my mathematics sharp and current, and it means I teach concepts with real understanding rather than just procedures.
I teach Mathematics up to Grade 12, university-level calculus and coordinate geometry, and the quantitative sections of standardized tests including SAT, GRE, and GMAT. In my previous role as a Tutor and Content Writer at Kanan International, I taught the quantitative sections for these exams, delivered one-to-one and small-group lessons, and created original study material — practice questions, study guides, and full-length mock exams aligned to each exam's syllabus. I also tracked each student's progress through regular assessments and gave detailed, actionable feedback so they always knew exactly what to work on next.
My teaching method is structured but flexible. I begin by understanding a student's current level and their specific goal, then build a clear, step-by-step plan around it. We work through each concept together, practise with realistic problems and exam-style questions, and review progress regularly. I focus heavily on accuracy and showing students how to check their own work, because in mathematics most lost marks come from avoidable mistakes rather than not knowing the material.
I explain difficult ideas in simple terms and adapt my pace to how each student learns best. I teach online across all major platforms, with flexible availability across time zones. Whether a student wants to pass an exam, raise their grades, or overcome a fear of maths, my aim is to make every lesson clear, logical, and genuinely useful.
