My approach to teaching mathematics is quite simple. I believe that understanding why something works is much more useful than just remembering a formula or a method.

Before starting a lesson, I'd like to understand what you're studying, which topics you find difficult, and what you want to achieve. You can also share your class notes, exercises, or exam questions beforehand so we can spend more time working on the things you actually need help with.

During lessons, I prefer to work through problems together rather than simply explain everything while you listen. I'll first introduce the concept, explain the reasoning behind it, and solve an example step by step. Then we'll try similar problems together, and eventually you'll attempt them independently.

I think making mistakes is an important part of learning mathematics. Sometimes a difficult problem becomes much easier once we identify a small misunderstanding in an earlier concept. I'm happy to revisit the fundamentals whenever necessary.

For online lessons, I use a tablet to explain mathematical concepts, work through exercises, and demonstrate solutions in real time. We communicate through a video call, and I share my screen so you can follow every step.

I can help with school mathematics, exam preparation, and university topics such as calculus, linear algebra, probability, and introductory statistics.

My lessons are conducted in English, and I adapt the pace and difficulty to each student's understanding. Whether you need help with a particular assignment, want to prepare for an exam, or simply want to become more confident in mathematics, we can work towards that together.
