As a student mentor from 2024, I contributed to supporting high school students who lacked educational resources and limited professional opportunities by providing personal and academic guidance. My involvement focused on empowering students in building life skills, self-confidence, and access to educational support.

In addition, in 2024, I co-founded the Rise Above Foundation, which is an educational initiative that aims to support students and guide them through mentoring programs to explore academic and career paths. By sharing educational opportunities through a WhatsApp channel, such as training programs, internships, and volunteering opportunities in Lebanon and abroad, I helped more than 10 students, including the ones I mentored with INJAZ, to navigate through opportunities and apply to many programs that fit their academic or career goals.

Through both experiences, I demonstrate social leadership by actively listening to students' challenges, finding impactful solutions, and creating a supportive environment. My goal is to achieve SDG4 (quality education) for vulnerable communities to make clear decisions about their future and develop practical skills that are essential for their journey.

However, my journey was shaped by challenging circumstances that affected my career path, which required adaptability and consistency in creating my path. Despite these challenges, I remained committed to community engagement through mentoring and volunteering programs, focusing on supporting students in achieving their dreams and limiting challenges. I am not claiming to be the most talented applicant, but I believe that my strength is in my sincerity, desire to learn, and willingness to contribute positively to my community.
