Identifying what is holding you back
Creating a simple structure for your week
Working on focus, discipline and consistency
Practical exercises to reduce stress and overthinking
I also integrate simple techniques from breathwork and mind-body awareness to help you manage pressure, improve concentration and stay more in control during stressful moments.
Between sessions, the goal is implementation. You will have clear actions to work on, so you can build momentum over time.
My approach is direct, honest and supportive. I will challenge you where needed, but always with the goal of helping you move forward.
