Through my experience in children's camps, I have not only learned how to convey knowledge in a clear and playful way, but also recognized the importance of empathy and communication. I took on the responsibility of creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and can reach their full potential. In doing so, I always made sure to consider their individual needs and adapt the teaching methods accordingly. It is especially important to me that children actively participate and engage with enthusiasm, rather than passively consume information.
I also realized how important it is to structure the learning process in small, manageable steps to avoid overwhelming the children. I deliberately incorporate playful elements that naturally support learning and spark curiosity. My work in the camps showed me how rewarding it is when children acquire new skills and feel proud of their progress. It motivates me to continue making a positive impact on children's development and to help them build self-confidence and independence.
I am convinced that every student has the ability to learn and grow if given the right support. That’s why I will always strive to create an environment where each student feels safe and understood, so they can bring out the best in themselves. It is also important to me that the learning atmosphere is characterized by trust and openness, giving students the confidence to express their questions and concerns at any time—without fear of making mistakes.
