Leadership & Personal Development Tutor for Young Students

I am Alesia, a 24-year-old tutor with a strong academic background in business and languages. I completed my bachelor’s degree at the American University in Bulgaria, where I double majored in Business Administration and German Language. During my studies, I worked as a subject tutor and professor assistant in Management Information Systems, supporting students in understanding complex concepts and improving their academic performance. In recognition of my dedication and impact, I was selected for the Honors Convocation as one of the most hardworking and supportive tutors. Currently, I am pursuing my master’s degree in Digital Business Management at Pforzheim University in Germany, where I continue to deepen my knowledge in modern business and digital transformation. I am passionate about helping students not only succeed academically, but also build confidence, structured thinking, and independent learning skills.
