Hello, everyone! I'm Damla Sonant, and I'm excited to share a glimpse of my background with you.

First of all, I'm a philosopher, and I believe in the power of questions. They surely allow us to discover more about life, languages, and ourselves, most importantly.

Thanks to my neurolanguage coaching training, I've discovered that each brain is different, harboring millions of possibilities and learning in its unique way. My job is to help my learners discover how their unequaled brains learn in their best possibilities. Possibilities lie behind brain-stimulating questions, and I have mastered asking the right questions throughout my 16 years of teaching and 5 years of online teaching experience.

Motivation and goal setting have always been my priority, leveraging my passion for empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. With a deep understanding of how the human brain works, I employ proven strategies to ignite motivation and drive sustainable change. Through personalized coaching and mentorship, I guide individuals in identifying their aspirations and creating a roadmap to success. I assist individuals in setting SMART goals—goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.

I create a supportive environment and cultivate confidence. And I guide my learners in developing a growth mindset.
