Hi, I’m Sappire (Saphir in DE), a therapist in training and a coach supporting students who feel overwhelmed, constantly stressed, or stuck in their studies.

creating space for rest, balance, and motivation
I use practical evidence-based tools from nervous system regulation, movement, and reflection that you can apply immediately to help you feel more capable and less overwhelmed.

Each session is adapted to you: your situation, pace, challenges, and what actually helps you function better.
