I have been teaching Korean to Indonesian speaker for more than a year and my students always book class with me instead of with other teacher since they are very satisfied with my class. The class will be consisted of five structure, which are basic vocabularies, grammar, speaking, listening and writing. For the listening part, student have to retell what does the person in the recording are saying and will have to translate each sentence in English. For other parts, student will also have to interpret all of the written sentences and vocabularies. Moreover, Student will have to actively participate, able to do self study 2-3 hours a week and always work on the assigned homework. It will also be best if student can watch 2-3 hours of korean drama or korean reality show, since it helps the listening and reading skills. For student who do not really have any interest in Korean culture, student still have to listen to songs or simply do more reading to perfect their reading and writing skills. I will always pay attention to my students progress, so whenever I see a student struggle to follow up with the material, I will slow the class pace accordingly. Therefore, during online class, student have to always turn on their camera and microphone. I can acknowledge my student condition better when I can see their face and hear their surroundings. At the end of the class, there will be feedbacks for student participation in class or students' skills so that student can work on what they are lacking of.
