Each lesson starts with a quick check-in: what you covered in class, what homework or test is coming up, and what’s unclear. Then we pick one or two topics and go through them properly rather than rushing through everything at once.

I first explain a concept step by step, using simple language and visual sketches where they help. Then we solve an example together, and you try the next one yourself while I watch your approach. That way I can see exactly where a mistake happens and fix the underlying misunderstanding, not just the answer. At the end, we briefly recap the key steps, and if you like, I’ll give you a few practice problems to try before our next session.

I can help with algebra, equations, functions, geometry, percentages, probability, and statistics, as well as exam and Matura preparation. I adapt the material to your school’s curriculum and use your own textbook or worksheets whenever possible.

My lessons are calm and interactive. I ask a lot of questions, because explaining your thinking out loud is one of the best ways to really understand math. Mistakes are welcome, since they show us what to work on.

During my school years, I tutored math for classmates and younger students. At university, I worked as a teaching assistant in logistics, helping students understand course material and work through problems. I’ve also tutored English to Japanese learners aged 12 to 50, which taught me to adjust my explanations to each person’s level and learning style. Throughout my BSc in International Business and Economics, I worked extensively with mathematics, statistics, and quantitative methods.
