I use a student-centered, communicative approach structured into four clear phases. I start with a 5-to-10-minute conversational warm-up to review past material and get the student comfortable speaking. Then, I spend about 15 minutes introducing the day's specific learning objective using interactive digital tools.
The core of the lesson is split between guided practice—where I offer real-time corrections—and free production, where the student takes the lead to build fluency through real-world scenarios. I always conclude with targeted feedback so the student leaves knowing exactly what they mastered and what we will tackle next.
