I believe if the foundations and basic knowledge is clear, one can understand any programming languages. Thus I teach the foundations first by drawing diagrams, 3D diagrams with four color and gradually the students/participants understand it.
While the basic are being learnt there will be hands-on programs to test and check the output. An assistance is fully provided how to debug programs/test.
Once the participant or student understands the basic lesson, the participant will see themselves writing the complex programs.

Above all I bring the industry experience where I can also share how corporate industry works and how the deadlines are met. :)
