My teaching approach is dynamic, learner-centred, and highly engaging. I design each session to help learners understand concepts deeply and develop the confidence to use them independently. Drawing on my background as a Senior Lecturer, curriculum designer, and international consultant, I create lessons that are both academically solid and practical.
I work with a blend of interactive explanations, real life examples and case studies, hands on activities, and reflective learning tasks. This combination helps students connect new knowledge to real situations, especially in areas such as leadership, communication, intercultural skills, organisational behaviour, etc.

Because of my experience in lecturer development, thesis supervision, and student guidance, I have a proven track record of adapting my teaching to different learning needs, whether a student needs structured support, wants to strengthen analytical thinking, or aims to prepare for academic or professional challenges.

My lessons follow a clear rhythm: we begin by identifying the learners goals for the lesson, work through the topic using practical examples, and end with a short reflection on what was learned and how it can be applied. I aim to create a learning atmosphere that is supportive, motivating, and open, where students feel comfortable exploring ideas and developing their skills step by step.

I speak and write German at a C1 level, which allows me to support German speaking students effectively while teaching in English when preferred.
