I work as a Corporate Trainer - Leadership & Softskills

For over 25 years, I have supported international executives, managers and teams in developing their communication skills, leadership capabilities and personal effectiveness. My work includes leadership communication, presentation and public speaking skills, negotiation, conflict resolution, effective meetings and team development. My clients have included companies such as Siemens Energy and Air Liquide. As a communication consultant, psycholinguist and coach, I help participants understand how language, mindset and behaviour influence their impact at work. I combine clear frameworks with practical exercises, reflection and constructive feedback, enabling participants to apply what they learn to their own professional challenges. I adapt each session to the participants’ experience, industry and business needs. Whether working with individual leaders or facilitating larger workshops, I create an engaging, supportive environment that encourages active participation and meaningful progress. Based in Frankfurt, I offer training in German and English and am interested in online, hybrid and in-person assignments.
