My teaching approach is learner-centered, practical, and highly engaging. I use participatory, interactive methods blending student research, group discourse, and both practical and theoretical information to ensure that learning is relevant and applicable. Rather than relying solely on lectures, I facilitate discussions, case studies, role plays, and problem-solving activities that encourage critical thinking and collaboration.
I tailor content to the learners’ context, often drawing on real-life examples from community development, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. This helps bridge theory and practice, enabling participants to apply concepts directly in their work.
