I normally build a learner-customized lesson material and send it to them at least 24 hours before the class. Each material aims to enrich the learner's vocabulary, improve pronunciation, polish grammar skills, and improve fluency. Traditional approach is used with some learners and flipped classroom approach for others - depending on their needs and preferences. Near the end of each class, we have the pronunciation reminders, sentence corrections, and more vocabulary suggestion if any. Sometimes corrections are made during the conversation. I send them the summary of the important notes from the speaking practice after the class, including the corrections, tips, and feedback.
