I am a native Mandarin speaker with an international business background and academic training in Business Management and Business Psychology in the UK. I have practical experience in international client communication, business development, relationship management and cross-cultural communication. Throughout my career in the UK and China, I have worked with clients, professionals and business partners from different cultural backgrounds. This experience has given me a strong understanding of practical business communication in both English and Chinese, as well as the cultural differences that can influence professional interactions. I aim to combine my native Mandarin skills with my real-world international business experience to provide practical and relevant Business Chinese learning for professionals who want to use Chinese confidently in the workplace. Lessons can focus on areas such as business communication, client conversations, workplace Chinese, business networking, communication with Chinese customers and partners, and cross-cultural business communication. I tailor lessons to each learner's professional background, Chinese level and specific goals.
