English Major with background in academics, technical and business writing and teaching ESL

I'm Jeanne and I have a PhD in English Literature, over 20 years' experience as a technical writer and, most recently, I have started volunteering as an English as a Second Language teacher. I'd love to help you work on your conversational English and improve your writing skills. I have a background in business and technical writing, having written software manuals and worked on business proposal documents, so we can focus on vocabulary and writing for business environments if that's useful for you. I have also taught university-level English courses and can provide tutoring for essay writing. Whatever your requirements, we can discuss your goals and develop a plan to achieve them!
