Engineer Saad Khan

I have more than 13 years teaching and administration experience in the field of education. My teaching method is purely based on achievement of smart objectives that are mentioned in my daily lesson plans. I focus on active, student centered and creative learning. I prefer individual and group work activities. I motivate and inspire every student especially weak and orphan students by giving them extra time and if they are unable to pay due to financial crisis I teach them free of cost.

Students who are weak in mathematics and physics I use different methods including practical work to make lesson comprehenable for them. I also keep student record check their homework and class work on daily basis along with their continuous assessment through quizzes and assignments. If possible I encourage them to prepare themselves for weekly or monthly presentations.

I first assess student previous knowledge about the subject and then teach them accordingly.
