I am writing to express my interest in the remote Life Coach position focused on supporting students in identifying their strengths, developing their potential, and creating effective strategies for personal and academic success.

I hold a Master’s degree in Pedagogy and have spent my career working in international, people-centered environments where communication, development, and support were essential. My professional experience includes over six years as a Cabin Crew Supervisor with Emirates Airline and more than eight years in the hospitality and tourism sector, during which I mentored colleagues, supported individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and helped others navigate challenges, build confidence, and achieve their goals.

In addition to my professional experience, I am currently completing an ICF-accredited coaching program as well as an NLP Coach certification. Through these programs, I have developed a structured coaching approach that combines active listening, powerful questioning, goal setting, and accountability. I am passionate about helping young people gain clarity, recognize their unique strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies that support both personal growth and academic achievement. I would like to share a framework of my coaching program designed specially for students and young adults to increase their self confidence, executive functions and success levels.

STRONGER ME: Student Confidence & Potential Development Program

Program Overview

STRONGER ME is a structured coaching and personal development program designed to help students increase self-confidence, identify and leverage their strengths, develop self-awareness, and build practical strategies for academic and personal success.

The program combines coaching methodology, positive psychology, growth mindset principles, and executive functioning skills to support students in becoming more confident, resilient, and self-directed learners.

Target Group

Students aged 15–25

Duration

8 weeks

Format:

* 8 weekly sessions (90 minutes)
* Individual reflection exercises
* Action plans between sessions
* Final personal development roadmap

Module 1: Self-Awareness & Personal Identity

Objectives:

* Increase self-awareness
* Explore personal values and beliefs
* Understand current strengths and challenges

Key Activities:

* Values assessment

Outcomes:
Students gain a clearer understanding of who they are and what matters most to them.

Module 2: Building Confidence & Self-Belief

What particularly attracts me to this role is the opportunity to work with students during a formative stage of their lives. I believe that every individual has untapped potential, and with the right guidance, tools, and support, they can build confidence, resilience, and a clear sense of direction. My pedagogical background enables me to understand developmental processes, while my coaching training provides me with the methodology to facilitate meaningful and sustainable growth.

I am highly organized, comfortable working remotely, and experienced in building trust and rapport through virtual and in-person communication. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute to your team and support students in creating fulfilling and successful futures.
