With over a decade of experience in high-pressure startup environments, I've learned that most conflicts and misunderstandings don't come from a lack of goodwill. They come from a lack of the right communication tools. As an ICF-trained coach, I specialize in helping people navigate difficult conversations, whether that's a tense negotiation at work, a hard conversation with a partner, an unresolved conflict with a family member, or friction with a friend.
My approach combines science-based coaching methods with real-world experience: I don't just teach theory, I draw on years of actually handling delicate interactions in demanding professional settings. Every session starts with understanding your specific situation: who's involved, what's at stake, and what's made past attempts to address it difficult. From there, we work together on concrete techniques: how to stay grounded under pressure, how to say what needs to be said without escalating tension, how to listen in a way that actually de-escalates conflict, and how to prepare for conversations you've been avoiding.
Sessions are practical and structured, but flexible enough to adapt to whatever you bring to the table that week. Between sessions, I give you specific exercises so progress isn't limited to our time together. I coach both online and in person in Berlin, and I work in English and Mandarin.
If you're tired of the same conversation going wrong over and over, or you're avoiding one entirely because you don't know how to approach it, I can help you find a way through it, with more clarity, more confidence, and less anxiety about getting it wrong.
