My lessons are structured with a clear beginning, practice phase, and short reflection at the end. I usually start by introducing the topic and activating prior knowledge, followed by explaining key concepts with simple examples.
A big part of my teaching is interaction. I encourage students to take part through questions, short discussions, and pair or group activities. I try to create a comfortable environment where students feel safe to speak and make mistakes.
My teaching content is practical and connected to real-life situations, so students can understand why the topic is relevant. I also adjust the lesson depending on the group’s pace and needs.
Overall, my teaching style is more facilitative than lecture-based. I guide the learning process, stay flexible, and focus on keeping students engaged and involved.
