Experienced Online Trainer for Leadership and Cohort Based Courses

Dear Hiring Team, I am excited to apply for the Freelance Corporate Training Facilitator position. As the first employee at Junto, I helped build the company from the ground up and was responsible for designing and facilitating leadership programs for more than 400 participants in total. I created course content, moderated cohort-based learning experiences (30-90 people per cohort), facilitated peer groups, and coached over 150 leaders on their individual challenges. I also built and led a team of three people and collaborated with external facilitators from companies such as Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Adobe. I am passionate about creating engaging learning experiences for adults and helping people grow through practical, interactive training using the State Change method by Wes Cao. I use group discussions, breakouts, videos, quizzes, individual worksheets and templates directly applicable for leaders in their daily work.
