I have about 2 years experience in tutoring Mathematics to young kids. I love to teach young kids to give them a great foundation for higher learning. I have helped more that 10 students in advancing in their maths course, 3 of them are now A+ students in math.

I usually approach my teaching in the following ways:

1. I start by having a small chat with my student to know how much the love Maths( if they are learning it for school, parents, career,... or if they enjoy solving maths problems...)

2. I continue by giving my student exercises to see where they stand and how they approach their learning(in terms of how fast they respond to different types of exercises, how much they concentrate, the environment they prefer, ... )

3. I then have another chat with my student after the exercises to know how they felt doing the exercises (I belive that loving the course and enjoying its approach is among the major ways to success, understanding the feelings of my students while doing exercises or learning the course is crucial for me to know how I approach the tutoring)

After I have done the pre-tutoring exercises, I do evaluation by myself to help me understand my student. I then prepare materials, exercises, breaks, ... Mainly the schedule I will be using tutoring my student.

I have a differing tutoring approach to each student depending on how I have observed their feelings towards the course.
