Expert Tutoring in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Learning Strategies For All Ages

My name is Amir. I am 38 years old and have a multicultural background shaped by living in four EU countries, along with experience working in 13 European scientific laboratories. During school, I studied both experimental and human sciences, and later completed a BSc, MSc, and Diploma in educational psychology, psychology of children with special needs, neuropsychology, and clinical neuroscience. I obtained my PhD in Germany in neuroscience, conducting interdisciplinary research at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and human–technology interaction. Currently, I am a senior postdoctoral researcher and lecturer in cognitive neuroscience at Bielefeld University. I have always been passionate about tutoring school students, helping them overcome challenges and the fears that accompany their academic journey, learn subjects in which I have strong expertise, strengthen their motivation, and, beyond grades, discover their future paths through goal setting, problem solving, and essential soft skills. Over the past 18 years, I have accumulated more than 3,000 hours of tutoring experience with international school students aged 13 to 18 and university students at various levels. Between 2020 and 2023, I also worked closely with more than 400 student residents at the International University Bremen (Constructor University). During this period, including throughout the pandemic, I supported them both in their academic development and in the blossoming of their personal growth. I tailor each tutoring session to the student’s individual needs and, when necessary, to their specific personal circumstances. Together, we can explore the exciting world of psychology, from traditional and contemporary theories to their everyday applications, as well as related fields such as neuroscience, technology, and the brain–mind–body connection.
